The criteria for KIU for April is to use packaging from your products : I have used a Crafters Workshop backing paper from a stencil, chevron cardboard and arrow cardboard from my Glitz stamper roller packaging. THe other products I have used :  Dylusions ink sprays, groovy washi tape Glitz stamper roller and I used red ink, a flair button from apieceofcakedesigns.blogspot.com, red chippy heart (old from my stash), red small alphas and AC chipboard from Paper Stories Kits thanks for looking!

My beautiful friend Tarrah McLean has awarded me the Liebster Award for my blog!  Thanks sweet lady, Tarrah is such a beautiful person, who I am blessed to call a friend.  I met her a couple of years ago at an interstate retreat and we have been "chatting" online ever since.  This year Tarrah was crowned one of the Scrapbooking Memories Masters!!

SOME MORE FUN WITH MOLOSSI PRODUCTS

 

Each month when I open my Design Team package from Molossi, I never know what fabulous goodies I will find inside!  This month among other goodies, was a dub of Derivan Irridescent Medium.  I decided to have a play with this medium, as I had not used it before.  I took a Tim Holtz heart acrylic stamp, "dipped" it into the medium, and randomly stamped these hearts onto my base of Dylusions ink Spray and Modelling paste background.  I am thrilled with the dimension this Medium gives my layout.

I also had a play on a layout with Molossi hexagonal chipboard to show its different uses!
On my Scrap the Girls layout I used Molossi hexagonal chipboard as a stencil with Dylusions ink spray - I love the end result on this layout.

On this next layout of my daughter Ella, I used small parts of the chipboard as a hand made embellishment.  I wanted to keep the chipboard raw but wanted to add a little warmth, so I randomly sprayed it with Ranger Airdonack Butterscotch ink spray.
As you can see I added a metal embellishment to the chipboard and randomly outlined the chipboard with black pen on this layout.

MY LAYOUT FOR SCRAP THE GIRLS

  The criteria this month is to use buttons,hexagons,paint or mist!  

 

         

I used : Molossi hexagonal chipboard as a stencil, Dylusions Vibrant Turquoise ink spray (a fave at the moment), vintage flower white button, an old Prima flower from my stash, cherry flair button "one little word" from apieceofcakedesigns,luggage tag sprayed with Dylusions Vibrant Turquoise, crystal brads from my stash (unknown manufacturer), American Crafts Alphas, black and white photo of Ella taken 2012, piece of die cut cardstock (from my stash unknown manufacturer)
